Description
Polestar DSAS Mk2 Battery Pack is to be replaced very 2 years for optimize operations. In the event of a security alert activation, the unit will transmit every 30 mins and this transmission will last about 3 to 4 days. This battery also supports the system in the event of a power interruption. An old battery may not hold the charge and may potentially compromise rescue. A functional backup power supply is required for SOLAS compliance.
