LRIT Conformance Testing

The Long-Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) system was established in 2006 and formally incorporated by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) in 2008, for the global identification and tracking of ships. The vessels registered to those contracting governments must, therefore, ensure that they report their vessel location to the flag administration at least four times a day, and have the necessary hardware installed to contribute that information.

DELIVERY CHARGES OF LRIT CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY POLE STAR GLOBAL
Standard Services	USD40.00	In the case where Polestar is authorised to issue the Certificate. The Conformance Test Reports(CTRs) will be produced within 3 working days from submission. Please note our LRIT Department is closed on weekends, all orders will be processed the next working day.
Fast Track	USD250.00	In the case where Polestar is authorised to issue the Certificate. Within 24 hours during weekdays, they will email a PDF copy to you and dispatch the hard copy via express courier, provided your application is received before 1500 GMT. This 'Fast Track' service will guarantee you will receive the PDF before 1500 GMT on the following working day. Urgent requests that are received after the cut-off time of 1500 GMT, will be issued the day after the next working day. Please note our LRIT Department is closed on weekends, all orders will be processed the next working day.
ADMINSTRATIVE CHARGE FOR CHANGE OF VESSEL DATA WITHOUT TESTING
Admin Charge	USD180.00	For name,flag or vessel data change, no LRIT retest is required if the equipment remains the same. There will be an adminstrative charge of USD180.00 or SGD250.00 for the change of LRIT CTR. New Certificate and delivery charges will be as aboves.
